Remove shock will be a nightmare for sins if this skill actually does what it says there. Something tells me to start working on my glad or temp before this patch comes in

They do explain that when something is discovered/used in a way that unbalances the game, that rebalancing will exist. So maybe today the sin, tomorrow the chanter (if they become over explored).

Kinslon: With each update in an MMO, the game designers need to rebalance the game's classes as players progress in skill and learn tactics that allow them to optimize (and sometimes overly optimize) specific class abilities. In the Aion 1.9 update, every class can now counteract and counterattack stun blocks to a degree. This strengthens the balance of all of Aion's classes. Future updates will continue to balance and shape each class, allowing players to shift tactics as new and different skills are introduced, and 1.9 is no exception.

However don't make it look like it is something will make the assassin weak. It will not. But it will actually give other players a fighting chance. Also it is not only assassins that get affected. I stun also. People will be able to get out of them, but they can only do that once in our fight. So no big deal.

Assassins will also get that skill. so if i get out of your stun and then stun you, you can also get out of my stun once aswell. It is balanced i believe. But let's first play and then comment. :)

Balanced or not, I gotta start figuring out how to fight against that stun block. 7 secs might not sound like much, but it can be enough to finish off a stunner. Again, we'll just have to wait and see

Well this wouldn't seem bad if it applied to sleep, root, tree, silence and fear as well(not slow however). That would actually address one my complaints how the pvp felt like just ganking and give every class a fighting chance against all classes(on first thought anyway). But I suppose the main complaint here has been by players getting ganked specifically by sins, rangers and killed while stunlocked. Something, seems to me, they were designed to do.

And this does affect sins more than others, only CC they have is stuns. Ranger has root, slow, sleep and the benefit of ranged attacks. Chanters depend on stuns too, fair enough but they have heals and buffs. Also as I understand most of chanters attacks are doable while moving?. Not the case for sins who also have positional attacks.

chanter attacks by rule are not doable while moving, only the inescapable judgment and the normal attack are the exception.
Everything else is standing still, when talking about attacks that is.

Normal heal is standing still also, but other buffs can be while running (mantras and words).

At the moment, there are only two Attack Skills where I have to stand still, which is Incandescent Blow and Pentacle Shock. I can use all the other Skills I have while running (I'm not counting the Heals with this, though)
