You bet it will be better! We're excited about this year's Christmas event, one that we're calling the Solorius festival. The Holiday is a day to honor all the Daevas who ascended over the last year, and more broadly to honor Daevas for their service to humanity. The holiday actually goes way back in the game's lore, predating the Cataclysm. Now both hemispheres celebrate it in more or less the same way.
Many things will be happening. You will want to watch out for Santa Shugo for the chance to buy some Holiday themed items (go capitalism!) and if you get hungry during the festival you can always visit the bakery for a slice of cake. Of course no cake would be complete without some Victory Nectar to wash it down.
Next week we will announce the remainder of the Solorius festival's happenings, including seasonal pine trees, a giant – nay – huge piano to play on with your friends and plenty of appropriate, red attire to waltz around in.

Patch was launched and i dont think it has any bug for now. As you see, it mentions ''additional gameplay changes''.
That is the reason i am creating this post, so that we all can share the new changes if we found them.
Me, for a start, allready found one of the changes and i really was waiting for it. summons can fly with us.
Other situation i have noticed, is about rifts. today i noticed (just a litle before i wrote this topic) that rift messages now show up as ''a one-way rift into asmodae/elysia has appeared''. reading this made me think.... is it now possible that we have new rifts (or even the old ones) that can be used in both directions?
how about we try to find out about this sometime? ;) and dont forget to share if you see any new change in the game (beside the great christmas decorations in sanctum hehe) :P
