General and Public talk / RoyalStorm Casual PvP ARK serv...
Last post by kisoon - Wednesday , 10 August 2016 - 10h58The RoyalStorm Casual Ark Server Cluster
Casual is defined as people who dont play every day, maybe only 2 or 3 times a week for a couple hours or even less. Ark is not a job and the server is suited for people with little time who still want to breed stuff, raise it and log out with it done, all in an evening.
We run a TS server that players are welcome to use. Ask ingame for details.
10xXP 25xTame 5xHarvest PVP with offline raid protection - no gigas!
Based in the Netherlands - EU players
Want to make babies?
25xHatch/Mature 0.5xBabyFoodConsumption Speed 0.5xEggLayInterval 0.25xImprint Interval
The cluster is running the center for dlc-less players and is linked to a Scorched earth instance, it will be live for the forseeable future, We started a private server due to the troubles we encountered playing on others, be it dick players, dick admins or servers simply going offline we figured running our own was the way to go.
If you want to play with reasonable adults (who only cry occasionally) on a stable server then register here
Rules.
Dont be a dick
No griefing, eg repeated raiding without observing a 48hr cooldown for the raidee to get his shit together
Dont break beaver spawns
No paracer/anky farming
No sending people back to the stoneage. Raids should be as clean as possible, no deliberate killing of passive tames and a 48hr cooldown should be observed.
No enclosed riders on platform saddles
PVE Tribe - The RoyalStorm Tribe is comprised of PvE players who do not wish to PvP. It is forbidden (lol) to mess with them unless your acting in self defense because they left something on agressive, that kinda thing.
Server Admins are active players but are not part of the RoyalStorm Tribe
All other tribes/individuals on the server are considered pvp'ers
Max tribe size is 2 and as ORP is in effect there are no alliances.
MODS
Big Walls
Metal with Glass Set
Extra Ark 2.0
StackmeMore
Pimp My Dino
Structures Plus (use at your own risk
)
Tavan's Trough
Stargate Atlantis (use at own your own risk)
Tabula Rasa (center map only)
Cute Hair
Egg and Poop collector
Mods marked use at your own risk marked as such as they are the mods that are sometimes not updated until a day or two after major updates, this issue is very rare though.
The server has been running passworded for several months with a population of 4 players so there is still plenty of scope for new players to carve out some nice bases

General and Public talk / Re: Oculus Rift
Last post by Jonybat - Wednesday , 06 July 2016 - 17h40Nothing new there...
Even after the second gen of the vive is out, i wouldn't buy it. There is just not enough content for me. Its something that i will consider in about 2 years or so, if it is still a thing.

Last post by WhiteHorse - Wednesday , 06 July 2016 - 15h51Now that we waited a few months, this makes it a bit clear.
I am glad I did not went with the hype, when I saw the huge price and late delivery dates.

HTC VIVE looking good, but I might wait for a 2nd generation or a price drop of the first generation.

-Have you read and agree with our rules and values?:Yes
- Your age:25
- Game & server that you wish to play in this division:BnS EU
- How did you found out about RoyalStorm? BnS EU forums
- Why do you want to join RoyalStorm or what are your expectations with this community? Want to be in active community with people to talk with through TS, share experience, have fun and just generaly to chill in game after work..or when have some free time.
- If we wish to talk to you, at what times are we more likely to find you online? After 6 P.M. i am usually free, sometimes 1-2h later.
- Have you played, or are you playing in other communities? If yes, specify. Played BnS on Rus pirate servers before official launch in Eu, was in GoodWay community as clan leader halper a long time ago then, after the official launch the server community split found my way here not so long ago.
- What kind of gaming experience do you have (which games/types, for how long)? Many genres from FPS to mobas, i play/played a lot of games, remember myself playing games well since i was a kid at school, i can tell you more once we talk, don't want my application to be all about my gaming history
