This is now resolved.
Forum boards:
- "Division Staff" child boards (that are game specific) were moved to their own group of boards "Game Staff", accessible only to the respective Leaders and Deputies.

Forum membergroups:
- Renamed primary membergroups above member.
- Created new "Deputy" primary membergroup.
- Renamed Lv.X non-primary membergroup.
- Created Lv.Y and Lv.Z non-primary membergroups.
Forum boards:
- Renamed some staff boards.
- Moved all the Division Staff boards into a central category.
- Division Staff boards, now are only visible to the corresponding Lv.Y membergroups.
- Created Division Staff child boards, only visible to the corresponding Lv.Z membergroups.
Teamspeak memberships:
- Emptied and currently repopulating "Leader" and "Deputy" memberships.
- Created and currently populating "Supervisor" membership.
Forum membergroups:

Based on the experience from last year until now, we are improving and evolving on the Division structure created in 2015.
These changes are effective immediately.
Why?
- Some people were confused with the title "Leader" being the Division leader and "Deputy" being the Game Leader. This makes it more simple to understand.
- In complex games, like MMORPGs, there are ppl that were promoted by the game leader as an assistant, but in our Forum and Teamspeak they had no tags that would identify them to regular members neither did they had a space where they could have private topics with the game leader.
So what should you know?
- The Divisions are the same and their internal structure is basically the same, only some renaming of some memberships plus an extra membership.
- "RoyalStorm Community Leadership" is now named "RoyalStorm Community Management".
It continues with the same staff as before, but because of the memberships changing name and to avoid confusions we change the name of this group of people as well.
The RoyalStorm Community Management is intended to be a small group of persons, only with the top 2 Memberships included in it.
- "Division Staff" boards were relocated and have child boards.
For the RoyalStorm staff they will notice that the "Division Staff" boards are now moved into a separated and centralized category in our forum and have specialized child boards (when required)
- "Division Staff" boards new privacy.
Also the Division Staff boards permissions have been remade and have more privacy.
- The memberships on our Teamspeak were also adjusted to reflect these new memberships.
You can see the list when connected to our teamspeak server. Once connected, see the description of the "Entrance / Guests Room" channel.
Users hierarchy:
- Administrator
- Supervisor
- Leader
- Deputy
- Member
- Friend
- Ex-Member
- Guest
So how are the memberships given?
- Everyone that was Leader is now Supervisor.
- Everyone that was Deputy is now Leader.
- All the people that were official assistants to the in-game leaders will be given "Deputy" membership.
How are members promoted to Leaders and Deputies?
As you can understand such positions are not given blindly, but to keep it short:
- A Division Leader is elected by the corresponding Division Supervisor.
- A Division Deputy is elected by the corresponding Division Leader in combination with the Division Supervisor.
- The Division Supervisor/Leader will inform the RoyalStorm Admins to provide the proper Forum membergroups and Teamspeak membership.

And in case of Deputies existing for a specific game/server, a child board is created that is only visible to the Leader/Deputies of that specific game/server. |
